Culinary soiree

In the course of the Wine Culture Weeks of S. Paolo taking place in July and August, you can take part in a particular culinary soiree.

In the course of the Wine Culture Weeks of S. Paolo you learn more about wine and its origins in various events such as technical lectures, vernissages or sommelier courses. However, not only wine is served on this occasion, but also dishes that very well suit the delicious beverage. On a certain day in July, there is an evening in which numerous tables line the roads in the village. On this occasion called “Die gastliche Tafel”, the starred chef Herbert Hintner and his staff serve a special menu for all those who wish to participate (please register in advance in the tourist office of Appiano).

The dining table in the alleys of S. Paolo is 130 m long. Also celebrities of South Tyrol and surroundings gather for this special summer evening. Enjoy the treat for your palate, combined with music and entertainment in a charming atmosphere.
