In Riva di Sotto, along the road towards Terlano and Andriano and northwest of the parish church, the Hungerhausen residence can be found.

The first family that came into the possession of the house was a small nobility from Vipiteno, the Hungerhauser.
Later the Jöchl-Rost, then the Seefeld Monastery and later the Lords of Mörl were the owners of the manor. In 1690 the Hungerhausen complex was rebuilt in baroque style.
The main house is still preserved in its late Gothic style. A baroque bay and some round arch and ogival entrances adorn the fronts of the house. The old farm building has since been converted into a modern residential building.
