Means of the South Tyrol Integrated Transportation

The local public transport in South Tyrol includes the regional trains and buses, as well as several cable cars and funiculars

The means of the South Tyrol Integrated Transportation include the regional trains of TrenItalia up to the Brennero Pass and to Trento in the neighbouring Trentino, the Val Venosta Train and the Val Pusteria Railway, the buses (urban, city and intercity), the Renon Cable Car and the Renon Train, the Mendola Funicular (in the picture), as well as - along the Wine Road - the cable cars of Bolzano-Colle and Terlano-Meltina.

Tickets for the public transport are available at any authorized ticket office as well as at automatic ticket machines in all railway stations and on board the buses. You have to stamp your ticket at the beginning of the trip at the ticket validators in the railway stations or on board of the buses.

The site "südtirolmobil" is available if you have any questions regarding public transport or need help - it offers information about time tables, fares and route networks. Furthermore, you can contact the Call Center Mobility by calling the number +39 0471 220 880 (information on schedules and fares).
