Emergency medical service

At any time, you can call for help in Appiano, thanks to the emergency medical services of Appiano and surroundings.

In South Tyrol, there are two emergency services. The “Weißes Kreuz” is the emergency service for the German-speaking language group, the “Rotes Kreuz” (Red Cross) belongs to the Italian-speaking citizens. But like it is very common for this area, German and Italian mingle and both emergency services are available for both language groups, of course.

Appiano hosts the “Weißes Kreuz” for the Oltradige region. Also the medical service with dentists and the possibility to take blood samples is located in S. Michele.
