Cycle track from Appiano to Lake Caldaro
The beautiful Lake Caldaro is only a cycling tour away from Appiano.

From the end of Via Stazione in S. Michele you proceed on the cycling track towards south, towards Ganda di Sotto. This is where a series of trails branch off, we take the trail on the left and soon after turn to the right, following the signpost “Val Lavason“.
We proceed across the Val Lavason valley and the “Katzental” valley, following the signpost “Auer/Ora”, taking us to Campi al Lago located at the lakeside. If you would like to, you can cycle to the western lakeside (caution, promenaders!) and start your return from there. Be aware that the way back is a little more challenging, as you cycle from 220 to 400 m asl.
