Climbing garden Monticolo

Those who love sports climbing on the rock can scale the routes in the Wilder Mann Buehel climbing garden of Monticolo.

The forest of Monticolo has got much to offer for your leisure time. Among other things, there is a climbing garden for sports climbers called “Coll’dell’uomo”, located at the foot of the highest point of this area, called “Wilder Mann Buehel”.

The directions are well-indicated and the trail that leads to the climbing garden starts at the parking space of the Maso Ronco sports area. After a short walk of 20 minutes, you are on site. The climbing garden is in good conditions and offers about 10 routes in a level of difficulty ranging from II to VII on a length of 6 to 20 metres.

The names of the routes are e.g. “Topolino”, “Paperino” and “Blutspender” or “Auf eigene Gefahr”, “Bär Bruno”, “Tigermann, Uomo Tigre”. The climbing garden is continuously maintained and whenever possible also enlarged.
