Girlan is the perfect starting point for excursions and visits to the most important attractions of the region: the museum of the iceman “Ötzi” in Bolzano, the lakes of Montiggl and Kaltern, Reinhold Messners “Mountain Museum” on the Sigmungskron castle, the wonderful gardens of the Trautmannsdorf Castle near Merano.

Wastl’s guesthouse offers very cosy and clean room of European standard. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, and are equipped with hairdryer and also a safe is installed in the room for you personal belongings. The huge yard and the outdoor pool invites our guests to relax.
In our little restaurant “Speck Stube”, which is open all day, you will find home style kitchen and typical products from the Region, as well – of course – the excellent South Tyrolean wines.
