Lakes

In the heart of the recreation area of the forest of Monticolo, there are two natural gems.

The lakes close to the small but mighty village of Monticolo are charming excursion destinations for hikers and water rats. The little and larger lake of Monticolo are particularly well-frequented in summer, as recreation in this place is self-evident. Moreover we would like to present a lake in the neighbouring municipality, that is to say Lake Caldaro, as it is too famous not to be mentioned.
